INGREDIENTS
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon olive oil or vegetable oil
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 ⅓ tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoon minced garlic (divided)
½ teaspoon ground ginger (I use the kind in the squeeze bottle)
½ - 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (add to preference)
Green onion
White or brown rice (or lettuce for lettuce wraps)
