½ cup kalbi or other meat, diced
•
½ cup kim chee, chopped and squeeze out liquid
•
½ cup watercress pieces, ½ inch thick
•
½ cup bean sprouts
•
3 eggs, whisked and fried or put a fried egg on top
•
2 tablespoons soy sauce, dark
•
1 tablespoon sesame oil
•
½ cup green onions, chopped
