INGREDIENTS

600 grams chicken breasts (cut into bite size pieces, (1-1 1/4 lbs))

1/2 cup cooking oil

1 tablespoon garlic (smashed and minced)

1 tablespoon fresh ginger (minced or 1/4 teaspoon powdered)

1 onion (diced)
•
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
•
2 bay leaves
•
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
•
1 teaspoon ground corriander
•
1 teaspoon ground cumin
•
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
•
2 tablespoons soy sauce
•
1 cup coconut milk
•
2 tablespoons corn starch
•
200 grams egg noodles ((6 ozs))
•
4 cups chicken stock (fresh or from powder)
