Egg Yolks x2

Rice Vinegar 2 tbsp
•
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp (or Yuzu juice)
•
Sea Salt 1 tsp
•
Mustard 1/2 tsp (Japanese mustard preferred)
•
Sugar 1 tbsp
