1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
2 1/2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baobab powder (optional)
1 cup peeled diced fresh peaches
