1 small onion, finely chopped

1/2 red bell pepper, finely chopped

10.5 oz. can cream of chicken and mushroom soup (it's made by Campbell's and is one soup, not two)

1/2 soup can milk, using the empty can to measure
•
1/4 C. mayo
•
1 large egg, beaten
•
2 C. shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
•
1/2 tsp. salt
•
1/2 tsp. pepper
•
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
•
1 T. dried chives
•
1/2 sleeve buttery round crackers, crushed
•
1 T. butter, melted
