INGREDIENTS
Filling:
3 pts. strawberries, washed, hulled, and halved
2 Tbsps. granulated sugar
Dough:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup plus 1 tsp. granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. plus 1/2 tsp. baking powder
6 Tbsp. unsalted butter, chilled and cut into small cubes
3/4 cup heavy cream
2 hard-cooked egg yolks, pressed through a fine sieve
1 Tbsp. unsalted butter (for greasing)
2 Tbsps. unsalted butter, melted
1 cup heavy cream, whipped until stiff
