jalapeno poppers
INGREDIENTS

1) 10 Large Jalapeño Peppers (tops cut off, seeded, deveined, and sliced in half from top to bottom)

2) 1 8oz package of Philadelphia cream cheese softened
•
3) 1 cup cheddar cheese
•
4) 1 cup Colby jack cheese
•
5) 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
•
6) 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
•
7) 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter melted
•
8) 20 slices of bacon
•
9) Kosher salt/ Black pepper to taste
