INGREDIENTS
3 tbsp butter, divided
1.5 lbs chicken thighs
4 whole jalapeños, divided
100 grams onion
3 cloves garlic
220 grams cooked bacon, in small pieces (we use Kirkland bacon bits)
8 ounces full fat cream cheese
5 ounces sour cream
10 ounces shredded cheese (we use a Mexican blend)
salt and pepper to taste
