INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 c. rolled oats- powdered ( 1 1/4 c. oat flour)*

1/2 c. mashed banana
•
1/4 c. peanut butter
•
2 T. nutritional yeast**
•
1/4 t. salt
•
* Some stores sell oat flour. This is what is left after the bran has been removedand is no better than white flour. Just make your own oat flour by placing rolledoats in a processor and running until they are powdered up.

** Nutritional yeast is available in health food stores and some specialty markets.
•
You can use Brewer’s yeast instead or even just yeast used for baking bread.
