3 medium eggplants (sliced ¼ inch thick)*
¼-½ teaspoon salt
½ cup parmesan cheese freshly grated ((50 grams))
1 cup fontina cheese shredded
2 tablespoons olive oil
1-2 cloves garlic minced
1 can pelati tomatoes (14 ounces)
4-5 fresh basil leaves chopped
1-2 dashes hot pepper flakes or black pepper
