INGREDIENTS
1 C. all-purpose flour
3/4 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
12 T. unsalted butter (room temperature)
3/4 C. brown sugar
1/3 C. granulated sugar
1 t. fresh rosemary (finely minced)
1 large egg
2 t. vanilla extract
2 1/4 C. rolled oats
1/2 C. dried apricots (chopped small)
2 oz. white chocolate (finely chopped)
