1/4 cup Irish whiskey
•
3/4 cup sugar
•
1/4 cup butter
•
1/4 cup water

Whipped Cream Topping Ingredients:

1 cup cold, heavy whipping cream
•
¼ cup confectioner’s sugar
•
1 teaspoon vanilla extract OR 1 teaspoon Irish Cream
