INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 pounds of flank steak, cut into strips

3/4 cup brown sugar
•
3/4 cup soy sauce
•
2 cloves garlic (peeled and chopped)
•
1 cup water
•
1 teaspoon of salt
•
1 teaspoon of pepper
•
2 tablespoons of corn starch
•
2 tbs sesame oil
•
1 cup shredded carrots (buy the pre-made shredded ones, you will save a lot of time)
•
Optional: garnish it with sliced green onions
