1 onion (finely diced)

28 ounce can diced tomatoes (do not drain)

3/4 cup beef broth
•
2 tablespoons chili powder
•
2 teaspoons ground cumin
•
2 teaspoons smoked paprika

2 teaspoons cocoa powder
•
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
•
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
•
3/4 teaspoon ground pepper

15 ounce can kidney beans (drained and rinsed)

15 ounce can pinto beans (drained and rinsed)
