INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup kecap manis, (see Ingredient Note)
2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon peanut or canola oil
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast, trimmed and cut into 1-inch cubes
1/4 cup smooth natural peanut butter
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons ketchup
1-2 teaspoons hot sauce
