INGREDIENTS

1 cup old fashioned oats
•
1 cup quick oats
•
2 cups self rising flour
•
2 tsp cinnamon
•
2 sticks unsalted butter
•
1 cup brown sugar (light or dark)
•
1/2 cup granulated sugar
•
2 eggs
•
1 teaspoon vanilla
•
2 cups powdered sugar
•
2-5 tbsp milk (start with 2 and add more if needed)
•
Spray one or two baking sheets with cooking spray and set aside. Preheat oven to 350.
