4 large eggs
•
1/4 cup vegetable oil
•
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, juice drained and 1 cup reserved
•
2 medium, ripe bananas, well mashed
•
2 ounces cream cheese, softened
•
1 tablespoon of milk
•
1/2 cup powdered sugar
•
1/2 cup chopped pecans *(see notes)
