Ingredients: 3 cups all-purpose flour; 1 1/2 cups white sugar; 1 teaspoon baking soda; 1 teaspoon salt; 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon; 3 eggs; 2 teaspoons vanilla extract; 1 1/2 cups oil (I used Canola); 1 (8 ounce can) crushed pineapple, undrained; 2 cups bananas, mashed or about 3 large bananas; 1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped
