GLAZE INGREDIENTS:

2 inches of fresh ginger, sliced into matchsticks

2 teaspoons garlic chili paste
•
4 cloves garlic, minced
•
2 cups pineapple juice
•
1/4 cup light or dark brown sugar
•
1/4 cup soy sauce (or tamari)
•
1/4 cup ketchup
•
1/4 rice vinegar
