4 cups chicken broth
2 cloves garlic (pressed)

¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 large pork chop (sliced paper-thin)
1 can mushrooms (sliced and drained, 15 oz.)
½ cup carrot (sliced into sticks about the same thickness as the bamboo)
4 oz firm tofu (well drained, cut into 1/2-inch cubes)
½ cup bamboo shoots (drained and sliced into sticks)
3 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 egg white (slightly beaten)
¼ cup green onions (thinly sliced)
¼ cup garlic flavor rice vinegar
2 teaspoon sesame oil
¼ teaspoon white pepper (or ½ teaspoon black pepper)
