2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
2 teaspoons finely grated fresh ginger
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/4 teaspoon Chinese five spice
2 x 100g pkts wild rice
2 teaspoons peanut oil
80g (1/2 cup) unsalted cashew nuts
2 eggs, lightly whisked
100g shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
100g snow peas, trimmed, thinly sliced diagonally
4 green shallots, ends trimmed, thinly sliced diagonally
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1/2 cup loosely packed coarsely chopped fresh coriander
