Ingredients: 30 6 inch corn tortillas (in case you mess a few up); 1 cup neutral oil (I used sunflower oil); Tomatillo sauce; Sour cream; 1 pound ground beef; 1/2 red onion, chopped; 2 cloves garlic, minced; 1 jalapeno, minced; 1 tablespoon oil; 1/4 cup cilantro (optional); 1 cup crumbled Cotija cheese (6-8 ounces); 1 Tablespoon paprika; 1 Tablespoon chili powder; 1 teaspoon oregano; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper; 3 tablespoons olive oil; 1 green pepper, chopped; 1 pound button mushrooms, chopped; 1/2 red onion chopped; 1 jalepeno; - Same assortment of seasonings as above.; 2 avocados; 1/2 cup salsa
