1 packet active dry yeast
1/2 cup salted butter, softened to room temperature
3 tbsp. light brown sugar
1/2 tsp. sea salt
2 3/4 cups all-purpose or bread flour
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 cup salted butter, melted
coarse salt
