2 (28-oz.) Cans whole tomatoes, chopped and drained

1 lg. Onion (finely chopped)

1/2 med. green bell pepper (finely chopped)

1/2 tsp. Minced garlic

1 tsp. Lemon juice

3 Jalapeño peppers (stems and seeds removed, finely chopped)

Cilantro to taste (if desired)
How To Make homemade salsa

1Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Cover and chill at least 1 hour to allow flavors to combine before serving.
