YOU WILL NEED:

2 cups rolled oats

1 cup whole wheat flour

1/3 cup light brown sugar (you can add more, I just didn't want the bars to be too sweet)

1/2 tsp salt
•
1/2 cup to 3/4 cup raisins
•
1/2 cup to 3/4 cup dry roasted unsalted peanuts
•
1/2 cup honey
•
1 egg
•
1/2 cup vegetable oil
•
2 tsp vanilla extract
