For the Ganache:

6 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
•
1/2 cup heavy cream
•
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
•
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

For the Icing:
•
1 stick unsalted butter
•
1 & 1/2 - 2 tablespoons milk
•
2 cups powdered sugar
•
1/4 tsp vanilla
