6 tablespoons (32 grams) unsweetened natural cocoa powder
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon fine salt
1/2 cup (85 grams) milk chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 stick (113 grams) unsalted butter, (at cool room temperature)
2 tablespoons (11 grams) cocoa powder, (sifted)
1 1/2 cups (188 grams) powdered sugar, (sifted)
2 tablespoons warm water (about 100°F)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
