INGREDIENTS
Makes 1 pound (about 225 mints)
Make these at least three days before serving so they're nice and dry.
1 stick salted butter, softened
A one-pound box powdered sugar, plus more for dusting
2 Tablespoons heavy cream or whole milk
1 teaspoon mint extract
Red, green, yellow food coloring
