INGREDIENTS
3 teaspoons instant yeast
3/4 cup plus 3 tablespoons lukewarm water, 7 1/2 ounces
1/4 cup dry milk powder
3 cups bread flour, 13 1/2 ounces
1 cup all-purpose flour, 4 1/2 ounces 
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla powder, optional (or add 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract as part of the water)
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 large egg
7 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
Filling
6 tablespoons butter, salted or unsalted, softened
1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Cream Cheese Icing
2 1/2 ounces cream cheese, softened, about 5 tablespoons
1 tablespoon butter, softened
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 to 4 tablespoons light cream or milk
