INGREDIENTS
6 ounces  fresh or frozen large shrimp in shells, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon  cooking oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 of a medium red sweet pepper, cut into thin strips
3 tablespoons  orange juice
4 1/2 teaspoons  bottled hoisin sauce
3/4 cup  shredded spinach
1 cup  hot cooked rice
