1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup unsalted butter*, cubed
1/2 cup milk
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 Tbsp fresh chives, chopped
1 Tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
Zest of 1 lemon
