INGREDIENTS

2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil, divided

3 cups all-purpose flour
•
1 packet active dry yeast (I used instant yeast)

1 tsp salt
•
1/2 tsp black pepper
•
1 tsp sugar
•
1 tsp minced garlic, heaping
•
1 tsp dried oregano
•
1 tsp dried thyme
•
1 tsp dried basil
•
1 1/4 cup warm milk, 110-115 degrees
•
1 tsp dried rosemary
•
2 Tbsp gratedParmesan
•
1 1/2 cups shreddedmozzarellacheese
•
Add 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil to a large bowl and set aside.
