Ingredients: 2 small or 1 large package lime gelatin; 2 cups boiling water; 8 ounces package cream cheese, softened; 18 large marshmallows; 1/4 cup boiling water; 1 1/2 cups cold water; 1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped; 1 #2 can crushed pineapple; 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
