3/4 Cups  stale bread crumbs or vermicelli noodles
1  egg white, lightly beaten
3  scallions, thinly sliced

2 Tablespoons  olive oil
1/4 Cup  light canola oil mayonnaise
1 Teaspoon  white vinegar
2 Teaspoons  Sriracha sauce
1 1/2  avocados
