1 cup + 1 tsp of all-purpose flour divided
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 large egg lightly beaten
1 tsp vinegar
⅔ cup low-fat 1% milk
½ cup unsweeteened applesauce
½ tsp vanilla extract
