1 (30 oz) pkg Hy-Vee frozen Country Style shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
2 c. Hy-Vee shredded Colby jack cheese, divided
1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of potato soup
1 (8 oz) container Hy-Vee sour cream
1/2 c. chopped red pepper
1/2 c. Hy-Vee butter, melted
4 slices Hy-Vee bacon, cooked and chopped
Sliced green onions, optional
