Harvest Spice Bread | Sally's Baking Addiction

"I call this harvest spice bread because it combines some of the best flavors of the fall season including apple, pumpkin, and cinnamon spice...."

INGREDIENTS
1 and 3/4 cups (220g) all-purpose flour (spoon & leveled)
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg*
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves*
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger*
1/2 cup (120ml) vegetable oil, canola oil, or melted coconut oil
2 large eggs, at room temperature
1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
1/2 cup (100g) packed light or dark brown sugar
1/2 cup (115g) pumpkin puree (canned or fresh)*
1 heaping cup (130g) peeled and shredded apple*
3/4 cup (100g) peeled and shredded carrot*
2 Tablespoons (30ml) milk
1 cup (130g) chopped walnuts*
