1/2-1.5 teaspoons ground ginger (optional, sometimes I omit)

1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

1 cup Sucanat (or brown sugar)
•
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
•
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
•
1-2 tsp fresh lemon juice
