when company is coming, or anytime you want to treat yourself and family to an old Southern favorite. It’s

delicious and easy to fix with stuff in the cabinet.

3 cups cooked and chopped chicken, boneless and skinless (I mix thigh and breast meat)
•
1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
•
2-1/2 cups cooked rice
•
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
•
1 cup sour cream
•
1 cup melted butter
•
1-1/2 cups crumbled crushed buttery round crackers
