1 red bell pepper, cut into 1 inch cubes

1/3 cup olive oil
1 Avocado
3 garlic cloves
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
juice of 1 lime
