INGREDIENTS

2 1/4 ounce packets Quick Rising Yeast ((or 1/2 ounce))
•
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
•
1/2 teaspoon sugar
•
1 tablespoon olive oil
•
1 cup hot water
•
3 cups flour
•
1 cup Pesto Sauce (we use the big bottle from Costco)
•
1 cup Feta cheese (tomato and basil flavor)
•
4 tomatoes (sliced)
•
dried basil ( to taste)
•
salt and pepper ( to taste)
