2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoon dark brown sugar
3 cloves garlic (smashed)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme leaves (plus a few sprigs for garnish)
2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley (plus more for garnish)
