Two 32 ounce containers ( 8 cups) Chicken broth
•
3/4 pound ground lamb or beef
•
2/3 cup finely chopped flat- leaf parsley
•
1/3 cup bread crumbs
•
1/4 cup feta cheese
•
1 large egg
•
2 cloves garlic, grated or finely chopped
•
Salt and pepper
•
1 cup Orzo Pasta
•
Grated peel and juice of 1 Lemon
•
1/3 cup chopped mint leaves
