Greek Lamb Burger

"It has been a while since I have made burgers. I have not been making them all that often because I saw them as boring. Lately I have been seeing some interesting varieties of burgers..."

INGREDIENTS
1 pound lamb (ground)
1 small onion (finely chopped)
2 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon dill (chopped)
1 tablespoon mint (chopped)
1 teaspoon lemon zest
salt and pepper to taste
4 buns (I used whole wheat, or pitas)
4 leaves lettuce
1 large tomato (sliced)
1/4 cup tzatziki
1/4 cup feta (crumbled)
