1/2 cup chopped parsley
•
Tomato sauce:

1 small onion, chopped
•
1 clove of garlic, minced
•
1 carrot, peeled and shredded
•
1 stalk celery, chopped
•
2 cans (32 oz each) crushed tomatoes
•
1/2 tsp. fresh chopped rosemary
•
3 Tbsp. margarine
•
2 Tbsp. plus 1/2 cup olive oil
•
Salt and pepper
