6 cups whole milk
1 cup fine semolina
¾ cup granulated sugar, divided
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 eggs
Zest of 1 orange

Citrus Syrup:
1½ cups granulated sugar
1 cup water
¼ cup orange juice
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
