1/2 cup butter, softened

1 teaspoon baking powder

12 ounces dried fruit (I used 6 ounces each of blueberries and chopped strawberries)

1/3 cup whole flax seeds
•
1/3 cup raw, unsalted sunflower seeds
•
3/4 cup coarsely chopped, or sliced, almonds
