•1/2 tsp. baking powder

•2/3 c. raisins
•
•2-3 tsps. caraway seeds, depending on your preference (I like it strong, so used 3)
•
•2 large eggs, beaten
•
•1/4 c. whey or buttermilk (or coconut/almond milk + 1/4 tsp. lemon juice)
•
•2 tbsp. honey
