INGREDIENTS

For the Cinnamon Rolls:

¼ cup plus 1½ tsp organic shortening
•
3 cups of gluten-free Self Rising Flour*
•
1 cup of milk
•
½ cup of Rich & Creamy Melt® (softened)
•
½ cup of Sugar
•
½ cup of packed Brown Sugar
•
1 tbs of cinnamon
•
For the Glaze:
•
1½ cup of Powdered Sugar
•
3 tbs of milk
•
⅓ tsp of vanilla
•
*To make gluten-free flour self rising, add 1 ¼ teaspoons baking powder and a pinch of salt to each cup of gluten-free flour.
